Squirtastic!

Now come on, Microsoft can't seriously be calling it "squirting", can they? "It's brown and it squirts", says one review. "I want to squirt you a picture of my kids. You want to squirt me back a video of your vacation," says Ballmer. So it would be "welcome to the squirting social," then? I think this guy is probably squirting right now.

I can't begin to convey how uncomfortable all of this makes me feel.

It's the kind of vernacular that will be adopted by the masses, I can tell. And then, a few months from now, you will see a valleywag piece on how MS are trying to trademark the use of the word in such a context.

The last couple years people have offered to "squirt" me their address cards from their mobile to mine. I really did not mind "shoot it to me" or "zap it to me". Having MS co-opt this is about their normal speed. It seems right up their with the OS "ME", although that made it quasi-ironic to blurt "ME sucks".
